If you ask any doctor how to treat your back, they will recommend exercise.
Easy to say, right? The pain can sometimes be so intense that just the idea of moving seems insurmountable.
You also fear making your back pain worse by doing the wrong thing.
Perhaps you had a bad experience with a physiotherapist or YouTube videos, leaving your expectations unmet.
You lack knowledge and motivation. In short, you don't know where to start...
How to exercise when you have back pain?
Rule #1: A poorly performed exercise can WORSE your pain instead of relieving you
To stay active despite back pain, it is crucial to adapt your movements so as not to make your pain worse.
Exercises should focus on key muscles that protect the spine, while avoiding compensatory movements that could accentuate existing pain.
In addition, it is necessary to adapt the parameters and intensity of the exercises, such as the number of repetitions, the frequency and the order of the movements performed.
Don't worry, the 21 Day Back Pain Program is carefully designed to meet these requirements, offering you a tailored and progressive action plan.
Rule #2: There is no SINGLE exercise that will solve your back problem
To effectively treat your back pain, it is essential to diversify the exercises performed.
By integrating mobility, strengthening and breathing exercises, you provide your body with the tools necessary for optimal healing.
It is equally important to know when to rest. Adequate rest not only helps prevent injuries, but also helps you recover better after physical exertion.
Rest can be combined with techniques to control pain. Whether it's self-massage or heat, these modalities will help youwill enable progress to be made in a safe and efficient manner.
In short, this comprehensive approach will allow you to continue to live an active and fulfilling life, without interruption due to pain.
Guess what? The 21 Day Back Pain Program meets all these needs, and much more!

What do users think of the program?
Serious program, giving all the explanations
Great program
I will do it again by making more series
Because I still have some pain in my sciatica
Thank you
I followed your program as well as that of Eric from https://comprendresondos.fr/. The combination of the two allowed me to break the vicious circle in which I found myself. Following a serious sprain, I found myself on crutches for more than a week. Sciatica appeared but I'm not surprised, I've been familiar with back pain since I was 18. After 8 weeks of sciatica, I finally managed to have an MRI. The result: 2 hernias at 29 years old. Relieved to have a result, the mention of a potential operation then terrified me. My situation got worse, to the point where I had great difficulty simply walking and I saw no way out. After an appointment with a general practitioner to confide my despair, I was stopped for 2 weeks. I was able to take a step back from my work where the situation was very complicated. Your program supported me in the absence of my physiotherapist during the summer and the pain has clearly diminished. I can once again walk more than 6 km. It's still tense in the morning but the circle now seems virtuous. Thank you for this program which allows us to regain confidence in our movements.
Do you still doubt? Here are some frequently asked questions
Absolutely ! Because it is designed to perform progressive exercises, this program can be adapted to anyone. As older people are often sedentary, they often benefit the most.
Although the program is safe, it will also not work miracles if there is excessive inflammation present. In this case, you will first need to control the pain and obtain the green light from your doctor. This is when you should begin the program.
The exercises on Youtube do not take your specific situation into consideration, and are often aimed at a young and very active population. Moreover, several of my patients complain of having worsened their symptoms after trying an exercise found on YouTube. That's why the exercises in this program start in safe positions and then progress at your own pace to avoid injury.
To be honest, physiotherapists can theoretically offer you even more suitable exercises. The problem is that the structure of the health system prevents them from practicing in complete freedom. The 21-day program for back pain is ideal if you feel that the physiotherapist has not given you enough exercises to help you get better.
