Here are the questions I get asked the most about the "21 Days Against Back Pain" program

Can the program help me if I am over 60?

Absolutely ! Because it's set up for progressive (and adaptable) exercise, it can fit anyone. Since older people are often sedentary, it is often these very people who benefit the most from the program.

What if I can't get out of bed?

Although the program is very effective, it will also not work miracles if there is excessive inflammation present, or if a nerve root is too irritated. In this case, it will first be necessary to control the symptoms and obtain the green light from a doctor. This is when you should get the program.

I can already find several exercises on Youtube, so why get this program?

The exercises on Youtube do not take into consideration your specific situation, and are often addressed to a young and very active population.
